Job summary

Euroclear is seeking an Asset and Configuration Manager to drive governance and implementation of ITAM/ITCM across CMDB while ensuring data quality. You will collaborate with data providers and CMDB customers to define data sharing and KPI rules and embed these into our ServiceNow platform.

You will help operationalize governance, monitor KPI performance, and steer remediation actions within a hybrid work model at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT Asset and Configuration Management Process (ITIL) and related data Management.
• Process and Service oriented and have experience in defining, designing, documenting and implementing transversal processes with several stakeholders.
• Propose related KPI, Dashboard and Control to meet CMDB quality expectations.
• Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB implementation, including ServiceNow discovery.
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Delivery-oriented, result-driven and able to prioritize.
• PowerBI skills are an asset
• Flexera skills are an asset

Responsibilities

The SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management) squad, part of the Technology Service Division in the Euroclear Group, is responsible to deliver services in the field of Asset and Configuration Management. The team is owner of the Asset and Configuration Management processes and CMDB data governance; It acts to make the Euroclear CMDB, based on ServiceNow platform, the main information reference for all Euroclear IT services.

Your Part of the deal

Implementation of IT Asset and Configuration management Governance and Processes are amongst key objectives of Euroclear. We have migrated to ServiceNow as supporting platform for the CMDB. We are now moving to implement all the means to ensure data quality in term of completeness and accuracy and enforce the CMDB become the single source of truth for all IT processes. This goes on one side through the setup of proper Governance and Processes and on another side through the implementation of the technical means for data collection and integration. In parallel, controls and KPI must be developed and implemented to make visible the CMDB quality level and enforce remediation actions.

Given we're current moving from process definition and documentation to operationalization, as its Asset and Configuration Manager you will participate to the Process implementation, embedding, adherence and continuous improvement. As an illustration this means you'll engage with CMDB Customers and Data Providers to setup data Sharing agreements and define associated KPI to ensure data quality. Furthermore you will ensure that these agreements and KPIs are reported and acted upon.

Your Profile

• You have experience with IT Asset and Configuration Management Process (ITIL) and related data Management.
• You are Process and Service oriented and have experience in defining, designing, documenting and implementing transversal processes with several stakeholders.
• You are able to propose related KPI, Dashboard and Control to meet the CMDB quality expectations.
• You have experience with ServiceNow and more specifically with its CMDB implementation, including ServiceNow discovery.
• You have good communication skills (written and spoken) and have a collaborative mindset.
• You are delivery-oriented, result-driven and have a keen sense for priorities.
• PowerBI skills are an asset
• Flexera skills are an asset
