Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager to lead a critical workstream mapping contracts to IT applications, services, and infrastructure in a regulated environment.

You will drive project leadership, stakeholder management, data analysis, and IT governance across Business, Procurement, Vendor Management, and IT teams. The role emphasizes mapping methodologies, executive-level reporting, and governance to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Consulting, IT Governance, IT Transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IT environments: applications, services, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Experience with contract, vendor, service, or asset data a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contract-to-IT Asset Mapping workstream and coordinate related project activities.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Business, Procurement, Vendor Management, and IT functions.
• Define, maintain, and improve mapping methodologies, quality standards, and documentation frameworks.
• Review and validate mappings between contracts, applications, services, and infrastructure components.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare workstream status reports, progress updates, and management presentations.
• Support data quality assessments and challenge sessions with key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior consultants and analysts.
• Drive consistency and governance across the contract and IT asset mapping process.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager to lead a critical workstream focused on mapping contracts to IT applications, services, and infrastructure components within a complex and regulated environment.

This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, data analysis, and IT governance expertise. You will work closely with business, procurement, vendor management, and technology teams to establish a clear understanding of how contractual obligations relate to the organization’s IT landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Consulting, IT Governance, IT Transformation, IT Service Management, Technology Risk, or related fields
• Proven experience leading workstreams or projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of IT environments, including:
  • Applications
  • Services
  • Infrastructure
  • Cloud environments
  • IT vendors and service providers
• Experience working with contract, vendor, service, or asset management data
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience creating executive-level reports and presentations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecommunications
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, or ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture or Application Portfolio Management
• Experience gained within Big4, Accenture, Capgemini, IBM Consulting, or similar consulting organizations
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Prince2, COBIT, or TOGAF
