Job summary

Euroclear seeks an Asset and Configuration Manager to join the SACM squad within Group Technology Services. You will own the Asset and Configuration Management processes and CMDB data governance, aiming to make the CMDB the single source of truth for IT services.

In this role you will define governance, implement data collection and integration, establish KPIs and dashboards, and collaborate with CMDB customers and data providers to ensure data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• You have experience with IT Asset and Configuration Management Process (ITIL) and related data Management.
• You are Process and Service oriented and have experience in defining, designing, documenting and implementing transversal processes with several stakeholders.
• You are able to propose related KPI, Dashboard and Control to meet the CMDB quality expectations.
• You have experience with ServiceNow and more specifically with its CMDB implementation, including ServiceNow discovery.
• You have good communication skills (written and spoken) and have a collaborative mindset.
• You are delivery-oriented, result-driven and have a keen sense for priorities.
• PowerBI skills are an asset
• Flexera skills are an asset

Responsibilities

• Engage with CMDB Customers and Data Providers to set up data Sharing agreements and KPIs.
• Define governance and processes for data quality and CMDB completeness.
• Implement technical means for data collection and integration in ServiceNow CMDB.
• Develop controls and KPI to monitor CMDB quality and remediation actions.
