Job summary

Euroclear’s Group Business Solutions (GBS) division seeks an IT Programme Lead to drive large‑scale transformation across Asset Servicing, Tax and post‑trade modernization. You will mobilize cross‑functional teams, define governance models, and align senior stakeholders to deliver value on time and within budget.

You will oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including Commercial Bank Money capabilities and future Central Bank Money projects, ensuring measurable benefits and sustainable

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT leadership within Financial Services.
• Proven governance, budgeting, resourcing and reporting capabilities.
• Led large international technology organizations (50+ FTEs) and multi‑million euro transformations.
• Experience with Securities Services, Asset Servicing, Tax, or Post-Trade Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes across Asset Servicing, Tax and related operating models.
• Define governance, roadmaps and investment cases; oversee delivery and benefits realization.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Architecture and Risk to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.
• Provide transparent reporting to Executive Steering Committees and governance forums.
• Ensure programmes deliver measurable business benefits and stay within budget.
