Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Data Management Senior Analyst to scale its data management capabilities across the organization. You will work within the Data Office to coordinate data literacy initiatives, governance assets and adoption of data management best practices across business units.

You will act as a connector between business stakeholders, data professionals and governance teams to embed a strong data culture and maturity across Euroclear.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in Data Management, Governance, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience building communities, capabilities or CoEs in large organisations.
• Experience with training, engagement, change management, or community-building initiatives.
• Experience supporting cross-functional programmes and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, metadata management, and stewardship concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement across Data Management Communities and Centres of Excellence.
• Lead data literacy initiatives and learning paths for Data Owners, Stewards and other staff.
• Support establishment and maintenance of governance frameworks, playbooks and reusable assets.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and management packs for governance forums and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvements in community engagement and data management practices.
