Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland, seeks a People Experience Partner - Cluster Lead to lead a co-located team of PEPs within a Global Capability Centre. You will remain hands-on in complex people matters and act as escalation point for the team and HR Business Leaders your cluster serves.

You will hold a specialised regional practice area and report to the Regional HR Lead, setting standards and building capability across the region.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing others in regional or global contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a co-located team of People Experience Partners, setting priorities and workload.
• Assign PEPs to business units and functions, ensuring coverage and resilience.
• Act as escalation point for complex, high-impact people matters and advise leaders.
• Build a strong team culture at the Global Capability Centre site with learning and inclusion.
