Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in HR operations, shared services or people operations across multiple countries.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing others, with ability to allocate work and set priorities.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and high‑volume query resolution.
• Hands‑on knowledge of HR systems and case management tooling (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Experience managing to KPIs and service levels with quality checks and trend analysis.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement, standardisation and automation.
• Understanding of global HR processes, data privacy and compliance with local variations.
• Human‑centric service approach with empathy in handling sensitive matters.
• Fluent English; additional languages for the cluster are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a co‑located team of Advisors across the cluster.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle activity and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Manage cross‑channel case management and escalation paths.
• Carry a personal caseload for complex or sensitive queries when needed.
• Drive self‑service adoption and AI‑enabled support for the team.
• Define regional process ownership and keep content aligned to global standards.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems.
• Represent the cluster in regional/global design work and reporting.
