Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced FinOps/Cloud Optimization Analyst to join the cloud operations team in Kraków. You will focus on cloud logging, monitoring and cost optimisation across AWS, Azure, and GCP, analyse logging consumption, identify savings opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations with financial impact assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on multi-cloud experience including production workloads.
• Proficient with CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and GCP Cloud Logging.
• Ability to analyze log data using KQL, SQL, BigQuery, and CloudWatch Logs Insights.
• Experience designing logging strategies, retention and cost controls.
• Strong communication to explain findings to technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate across multi-clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP) to analyse logging usage and costs.
• Use Cloud-native logging and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and GCP Cloud Logging).
• Analyse log data with KQL, SQL, BigQuery, and Logs Insights to spot trends.
• Design logging strategies: collection, routing, retention, and compliance.
• Optimise logging and storage costs via retention tuning and tiered storage.
• Prepare savings recommendations with projected business impact.
• Communicate findings to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
