Job summary

TestYantra Software Solutions in Kraków seeks a seasoned Cloud Operations Leader to drive secure, scalable multi-cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for a global enterprise. You will lead 10+ engineers and own risk, security, compliance, and CI/CD workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

A background in financial services is a plus with cloud certifications. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, people management, and enterprise- scale operations

Qualifications

• Experience managing 10+ people in an enterprise environment.
• Strong Cloud Operations / Technical Operations Management experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, GCP and/or Azure.
• Experience with Compute, Containers, Docker, GKE, Storage, IAM, VPC/SDN.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing.
• Experience with IT Risk, Security, Audit and Compliance.
• Strong stakeholder and service management skills.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
• Background in Financial Services / regulated industries is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud operations strategy and execution for multi-cloud environments.
• Manage and develop a team of 10+ engineers, ensuring performance and career growth.
• Oversee IT risk, security, audit and compliance initiatives across cloud platforms.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable services.
• Drive process improvements and stakeholder communications to align with enterprise goals.
