FinOps Weekly in Katowice is seeking an IT Financials and Procurement Analyst to manage IT budgets, spending visibility, and cloud cost governance. You will partner with IT, Finance, and Procurement to align investments with policies and ensure compliance.

The role is hybrid with on-site Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, offering collaboration across IT Finance, Procurement, and Accounts Payable, plus professional development and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• 3–5+ years in IT financial analysis, budgeting, or procurement roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets for IT with business leaders.
• Perform variance analysis across actuals, budgets, and forecasts and explain drivers to stakeholders.
• Track spend and recommend adjustments, reallocations, or corrective actions.
• Oversee cloud spend and improve transparency across platforms and departments.
• Support cost optimization initiatives through usage analysis and collaboration with technical teams.
• Manage IT procurement lifecycle including RFPs, PO issuance, and vendor coordination.
