Test Yantra is seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations leader in Kraków to drive secure, resilient, and scalable cloud delivery across AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will guide a global, cross-functional team of 10+ engineers and collaborate with risk, security, and compliance teams.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, continuous improvement of CI/CD processes, and adherence to regulatory requirements in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 10+ people in large enterprise environments.
• Deep Cloud Operations and technical leadership experience.
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP or Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Compute, Containers, Docker, GKE, storage, IAM, and VPC.
• Strong CI/CD and automated testing expertise.
• Experience with IT risk, security, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder and service management skills.
• Proven ability to work with global, cross-functional teams.
• Background in financial services or regulated industries is highly relevant.
• Cloud certifications are required.
