Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Site Engagement Liaison to foster relationships with clinical trial sites and support engagement strategies. You will contribute to trial conduct by guiding site staff on protocols and regulatory requirements, and by collaborating with internal teams to optimize engagement across studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in clinical research or site management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key site stakeholders (PI, coordinators, staff).
• Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor site engagement strategies.
• Monitor site performance metrics and report outcomes to study teams.
