Job summary

ICON is seeking a Global Study Manager to lead clinical trial operations within a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON’s global expertise. You will manage day-to-day clinical trial management activities and drive high-quality outcomes across our programmes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish protocols, build strong investigator relationships, and ensure compliance with global regulations and ethical guidelines. 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid clinical trial management experience.
• Ability to drive deliverables of a study.
• Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish trial protocols and procedures.
• Build and manage relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.
• Ensure trials comply with local, national, and international regulations and ethics guidelines.
• Problem-solve and make decisions on trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.
