Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Site Activation Partner to join our sponsor-dedicated model in Poland. You will drive site start-up and activation, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely initiation of clinical trials across sponsor partnerships, with a focus on quality and patient safety.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare and submit regulatory documents, coordinate approvals, and keep precise records. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in regulatory document preparation and submissions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain approvals for study initiation.
• Maintain records of submissions and approvals.
• Support study teams in developing study documents (protocols, informed consent forms, investigator brochures).
