Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join a sponsor-dedicated model within ICON Plc, contributing to trials that ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and participant safety across the study lifecycle.

You will monitor sites, conduct site visits, collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely data collection and reporting, and train site staff to uphold high standards of trial conduct.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
• Extensive CRA experience and regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects.
• Proficiency with clinical trial software and tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel 60% with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trial sites to ensure protocol, regulatory, and GCP adherence.
• Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and reporting.
• Provide training to site staff and other CRAs on conduct standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
