Job summary

Philips is seeking an Implementation Clinical Consultant for Radiology Informatics to help healthcare organizations adopt and optimize Philips RI solutions, including PACS and RIS. You will bridge clinical needs and technology to improve workflows and patient care.

Based in Central Europe, you will partner with customers through pre-sales, implementation, and adoption, validate designs, provide clinical consultancy, and train users. Willing to travel up to 90% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics or a related clinical environment.
• Master's degree in a clinical or healthcare discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and PACS workflows.
• Able to translate clinical challenges into practical solutions.
• Fluent in Polish and English; German is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers during pre-sales, implementation, and adoption to ensure clinical outcomes.
• Validate solution designs against clinical workflows and goals.
• Provide clinical consultancy for RI projects, including workflow assessments and change management.
• Support adoption and effective use of Philips RI solutions by clinicians.
• Guide customers through clinical integration, testing, and workflow optimization.
• Deliver training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to customers and sales teams.
• Share best practices within the Central Europe Clinical Consulting Community.
