Job summary

Philips is seeking an Implementation Clinical Consultant for Radiology Informatics to help healthcare organizations adopt and optimize Philips RI solutions, including PACS and RIS. You will bridge clinical needs and technology to improve workflows and patient care.

Based in Central Europe, you will partner with customers through pre-sales, implementation, and adoption, validate designs, provide clinical consultancy, and train users. Willing to travel up to 90% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics or a related clinical environment.
• Master's degree in a clinical or healthcare discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and PACS workflows.
• Able to translate clinical challenges into practical solutions.
• Fluent in Polish and English; German is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 90%.

Job Description

As an Implementation Clinical Consultant for Radiology Informatics (RI), you will play a key role in helping healthcare organizations successfully adopt and optimize Philips Radiology Informatics solutions, including PACS, RIS, and related applications. Acting as a trusted clinical advisor, you will bridge clinical needs and technology solutions to improve workflows and support better patient care.

Your role:

• Partnering with customers during pre-sales, implementation, and adoption phases to ensure successful clinical outcomes.
• Validating solution designs and ensuring they align with customer clinical workflows, requirements, and operational goals.
• Providing clinical consultancy for Radiology Informatics projects, including workflow assessments, change management, and solution adoption.
• Ensuring successful adoption and effective use of Philips Radiology Informatics solutions by clinicians and physicians.
• Supporting sales teams in developing customer opportunities and demonstrating the clinical value of Philips Radiology Informatics solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with clinicians, radiology departments, and healthcare leaders.
• Guiding customers through clinical integration, testing activities, workflow optimization, and the adoption of new solution capabilities.
• Delivering training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to customers, sales teams, and fellow Clinical Consultants.
• Analyzing complex clinical and organizational challenges and recommending effective solutions.
• Contributing to the Central Europe Clinical Consulting Community by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and expertise.

You are part of

The Enterprise Informatics Radiology Informatics (RI) Implementation Clinical Consulting team for Central Europe. You will report to the Clinical Consulting Leader.

You're the right fit if

• You have 5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics, medical imaging, radiology operations, or a related clinical environment.
• You hold a Master's degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• You have experience working with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), or related imaging workflows.
• You can translate complex clinical challenges into practical, customer-focused solutions.
• You communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from clinical users to executive leadership.
• You are skilled at influencing, consulting, and guiding customers through change and technology adoption.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• You are fluent in Polish and English. German or another European language would be an advantage.
• You are willing to travel up to 90%

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is 107,200 PLN – 177,600 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible forannual incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
