Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and post-sales customer implementation activities.
• Document site-specific workflows, data flows and connectivity requirements.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on onboarding and implementation.
• Develop processes to automate integration tasks and improve repeatability.
• Support installation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
