Job summary

Philips International is seeking an Implementation Clinical Consultant for Radiology Informatics (RI) to help healthcare organizations adopt Philips RI solutions, including RIS and PACS, and optimize workflows for better patient care.

You will partner with customers through pre-sales, implementation, and adoption, align designs with clinical workflows, deliver training, and drive adoption across radiology teams in Central Europe, with travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics, medical imaging, radiology operations, or a related clinical environment.
• Master's degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with RIS, PACS, or related imaging workflows.
• Translate complex clinical challenges into practical, customer-focused solutions.
• Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from clinicians to executives.
• Influence, consult, and guide customers through change and technology adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in Polish and English; German or another European language is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers during pre-sales, implementation, and adoption to ensure clinical outcomes.
• Validate solution designs against customer clinical workflows, requirements, and goals.
• Provide clinical consultancy for RI projects, including workflow assessments and change management.
• Ensure adoption and effective use of Philips RI solutions by clinicians and physicians.
• Support sales teams in developing customer opportunities and demonstrating clinical value.
• Deliver training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to customers and teams.
• Analyze complex clinical and organizational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Share best practices across Central Europe RI Implementation Clinical Consulting team.
