Job summary

Philips International is seeking an Implementation Clinical Consultant for Radiology Informatics to help hospitals adopt Philips PACS, RIS, and related applications. You will bridge clinical needs and technology, ensuring workflows meet patient care goals.

You will lead pre-sales to deployment, validate designs, and deliver training and coaching to clinicians, sales teams, and internal peers across Central Europe. Willingness to travel up to 90% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics or related clinical environment
• Master's degree in a clinical/healthcare field or equivalent experience
• Experience with RIS/PACS and imaging workflows
• Fluent in Polish and English; German or another European language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers during pre-sales, implementation, and adoption phases to ensure clinical outcomes
• Validate solution designs to align with customer workflows and goals
• Provide clinical consultancy for Radiology Informatics projects (workflow assessments, change management)
• Support adoption and effective use of Philips Radiology Informatics solutions by clinicians
• Train, coach, and share knowledge with customers, sales teams, and peers
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare leaders
• Guide customers through clinical integration, testing, and workflow optimization
• Contribute to Central Europe Clinical Consulting Community with best practices
