Job summary

Philips is seeking an Implementation Project Manager – Radiology Informatics (CEE) to lead complex software deployment projects across Central and Eastern Europe. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholders, delivering high-quality results while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will lead cross-functional teams and external partners, forecast financials, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience in healthcare IT or radiology informatics.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with scope, schedule, budget and risks.
• Demonstrated leadership beyond individual projects and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Radiology Informatics projects in the CEE region.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks and resources.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and external partners.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting and KPI achievement.
• Ensure delivery processes and excellent customer experience.
• Support resource planning and continuous improvement across regional PM community.
