Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Customer Project Manager in healthcare IT or Radiology Informatics.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects including scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, resources, risks, change requests, and executive customer communication.
• Demonstrated leadership beyond individual projects through mentoring, process improvement, KPI management, or developing project-management best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English; German a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 80%.
• PM/PRINCE2/PMP qualification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, customer-facing Radiology Informatics projects.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and external partners.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and KPI achievement.
• Ensure adherence to delivery processes and excellent customer experience.
• Support resource planning and contribute to regional PM community improvements.
