Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Dedicated Account Representative to be the primary interface with the client for travel management. You will support Client Management leaders, coordinate action plans, and deliver end-to-end travel program support including reporting and escalation management.

Responsibilities include creating and presenting MI insights, managing client reports and dashboards, and collaborating with service delivery.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and resourcefulness.
• Ability to analyze raw data to draw insights.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Amex GBT product knowledge.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel advanced features.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client setup in GBT MI database for consistent reporting.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly reports and scorecards to agreed specifications and timelines.
• Analyze client needs and develop MI solutions to meet them.
• Act as the main MI contact for reporting tool support, setup, maintenance, and consultations.
• Support day-to-day functions to enable the team to focus on strategic work.
• Assist with implementing new markets and services ensuring MI, service delivery and processes are in place.
• Support PRDS requests and audit airfare checks.
• Provide client program support with action plans and client calls as needed.
• Facilitate end-to-end resolutions with internal resources and Amex GBT groups.
• Assist with monthly settlements and regional/global consolidation tasks.
