Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Client Service Subject Matter Expert - Custody to serve as the go-to expert for custody and account processing, coordinating with clients and internal teams. This expert-level role (grade 7) requires a minimum of 3–5 years custody experience and strong English proficiency.

The position offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office) and opportunities to lead, train, and improve service levels with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years related custody experience.
• Prior experience in a client servicing focused environment.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for custody and account processing activities, and as the first point of escalation for the team.
• Respond to complex inquiries and escalated issues.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to key deliverables.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and to improve service levels.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams on daily servicing inquiries.
• Use relevant internal technology solutions to manage client requests effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate new business and product implementations and conversions.
• Review client feedback to identify trends and gaps, and propose solutions to reduce errors and inquiries.
• Support management in implementing policies, procedures, and controls.
