Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Kraków is seeking an experienced Client Service Subject Matter Expert - Custody (grade 7). You will act as SME for custody and account processing, serving as primary contact for clients and internal teams on complex inquiries.

You will support the Supervisor, coordinate with internal teams, and help deliver timely resolutions while contributing to policies and controls and leveraging Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years related custody experience.
• Experience in a client servicing environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve client needs quickly.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical ability.
• Proactivity and goal orientation.
• Strategic thinking.
• Enthusiastic leadership and ability to engage others.
• Working knowledge of custody account opening is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for custody and account processing activities, and as the first point of escalation for the team.
• Responding to complex inquiries and escalated issues.
• Participating in meetings and contributing to key deliverables.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and to improve service levels.
• Serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams on daily servicing inquiries.
• Using relevant internal technology solutions to manage client requests effectively and efficiently.
• Participating in the coordination of new business and product implementations and conversions.
• Reviewing client feedback and inquiries to identify trends, using these insights to find gaps, train clients and internal teams, and propose solutions that reduce errors and inquiries.
• Supporting management in implementing policies, procedures, and controls.
