Job summary

EY Poland seeks a senior data/AI architect to shape architecture for data and AI solutions from discovery to the first working prototype, across data processing, AI and ML workflows, and agentic systems.

You will balance speed and scalability, define the target architecture and a credible path to production, and ensure prototypes are built securely with data handling, guardrails and compliance considerations identified early.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, 10+ years experience.
• Track record designing data, AI and ML or agentic systems from concept to production.
• Strong architecture skills with hands-on coding in major clouds.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, governance, and GenAI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client and forward-deployed teams to shape data/AI solution architectures.
• Define target architecture and path to production for prototypes.
• Ensure secure, compliant prototypes with data handling and guardrails.
• Evaluate tools/frameworks across data platforms, AI/ML and agentic AI.
• Act as translator between business intent and engineering teams.
• Present and defend technical direction to senior client stakeholders.
