Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Principal Data & AI Architect for Government Services to lead cloud data and AI solutions from pre-sales to delivery. You will work with sales teams to capture client requirements and shape innovative proposals.

You will head Cloud Data Architecture and Delivery, guiding cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and developing Go-To-Market strategies for AI in the Government sector, with opportunities to influence international projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Government, Public, and Infrastructure sectors.
• 8+ years building complex AI and data solutions.
• Architect role with data design and delivery.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of data fabric, data mesh, data vault concepts.
• Ability to lead design discussions and communicate architecture decisions.
• Experience with cost estimation and delivery approaches.
• Proficiency in English (C1).

• Serve as Principal Data & AI Architect for Government Services, focusing on pre-sales and delivery.
• Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements and tailor solutions.
• Lead Cloud Data Architecture and Delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Engage in client meetings and workshops to refine offerings and ROI.
• Develop tailored Go-To-Market strategies for AI and data analytics.
• Support project success with additional technical and coordination roles.
• Leverage networks to drive innovation and best practices.
