Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a senior AI Architect in Szczecin to bridge the gap between prototype and production. You will design scalable AI solutions, estimate effort, and stay involved to ensure successful delivery, across generative and classical AI domains, including data infrastructure and model serving.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/data/ML engineering with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture at scale.
• Deep fluency in at least one major cloud AI ecosystem: Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and presenting to execs and engineers.
• Ability to scope and budget AI projects, incl. cloud costs and team sizing.
• Hands-on Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing engagements and translate business problems into AI solution specs.
• Analyze RFP/RFI documents, assess feasibility, and build technical proposals with diagrams and timelines.
• Scope and estimate AI projects end-to-end, including data readiness and infrastructure needs.
• Design end-to-end architectures for generative and classical AI systems.
• Define MLOps/LLMOps practices and data pipelines; oversee CI/CD for models and prompts.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers on AI engineering best practices.
