Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a seasoned Data and AI Architect to lead enterprise-scale solutions for clients. You will design target architectures and guide forward-deployed teams from discovery to production, ensuring scalable, secure and compliant outcomes.

The role requires strong experience across data, AI/ML and agentic patterns, with hands-on coding and cloud platform fluency (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud). A hybrid work model is offered and EY rewards continued learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• About 10+ years of software, data or AI engineering and architecture experience.
• Experience designing solutions across data, AI, ML or agentic systems and taking them to production.
• Strong architecture skills across Azure, AWS or Google Cloud stacks, with hands-on coding ability.
• Excellent communication with technical and senior business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client and forward-deployed teams to shape data/AI architecture from discovery to prototype.
• Define target architecture and path to production for validated prototypes.
• Ensure secure, compliant design with data lineage, guardrails and EU/GDPR considerations.
• Evaluate tools/frameworks across data platforms and AI/ML to fit problems.
• Translate business intent into actionable technical direction for engineers.
• Present and defend technical direction to senior client stakeholders.
• Partner with client architects to align with enterprise standards.
