Job summary

AML RightSource in Kraków is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead a 30-35-strong analytics and AML team. You will coach, mentor, manage performance, and sustain strong client relationships while driving operational excellence.

The role requires onsite work in Krakow, English fluency (B2+), AML/KYC experience, and proven people management. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and support strategic initiatives within the Managed Services practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AML/KYC or related field.
• 4–5 years of AML/transaction monitoring experience.
• Experience leading large teams and cross-functional projects.
• Fluency in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 30–35 analysts and experts.
• Oversee performance, workload planning, and project delivery.
• Provide coaching, feedback and career development for team members.
• Manage client engagements and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Deliver reports to senior leadership and clients, and identify service opportunities.
