Job Description:About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Manager to lead a team of analysts and subject matter experts. This role involves overseeing client projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You’ll serve as a coach and mentor, manage performance, and maintain strong client relationships while driving operational excellence.This position requires work onsite in our office in Krakow.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 30-35 analysts, quality control specialists, and subject matter experts.Oversee team performance, development, and workload planning to ensure successful project delivery.Provide coaching, feedback, and support for team members’ growth and career progression.Manage client engagements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen partnerships, report outcomes, and identify service opportunities.Monitor team output and quality, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.Deliver performance and service reports to senior leadership and clients.Collaborate with internal teams to expand subject matter expertise and advisory capabilities.Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Managed Services practice in partnership with senior leaders.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or a related field.Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).Experience in transaction monitoringExperience in KYC processing within corporate or investment banking environments.Proven people management skills and decision-making capabilities.Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Preferred QualificationsExperience in cryptocurrencyProfessional certification (e.g., CAMS, CKYCA).Master’s degree.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to change and improvement.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and contribute ideas.Minimum salary: 14,583 PLN gross/monthAdditional components of our benefits package:Comprehensive private medical healthcareRemote work options subject to the type of position or projectThe option to join a group private insurance plan (subject to a fee)MyBenefit Cafeteria including MultisportAnnual discretionary bonus, subject to both company performance and individual contributionEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Access to goFLUENT language learning platformAML RightSource is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
