AML RightSource in Kraków is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead a 30-35-strong analytics and AML team. You will coach, mentor, manage performance, and sustain strong client relationships while driving operational excellence.

The role requires onsite work in Krakow, English fluency (B2+), AML/KYC experience, and proven people management. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and support strategic initiatives within the Managed Services practice.

Job Description:About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Manager to lead a team of analysts and subject matter experts. This role involves overseeing client projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
