AML RightSource is seeking a Director of Financial Crime Compliance Managed Services in Kraków to lead multi-jurisdictional AML projects. You will guide teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive new methodologies for client needs.

Strong AML regulatory knowledge and crypto risk awareness are essential. The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, agile governance, and the ability to manage risk within project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with deep AML/financial crime experience.
• Experience leading large AML/FC engagements and teams.
• Strong knowledge of AML policies, KYC, EDD and testing.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML engagements under SOW terms and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Set escalation paths and manage client expectations.
• Define KPI/ KRI dashboards to monitor risk across engagements.
• Oversee time reporting and billing accuracy on engagements.
