Maersk GSC Poland is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to embed an outcome-driven CI operating model across regional teams in Poland. You will partner with leaders, coach teams, and turn improvement opportunities into measurable business results.
You will lead deployment of CI tools like MOS, TMW, Bowler, A3 and SQC, while driving timely delivery, governance and capability-building across the organization.
At Maersk Global Service Centre in Poland, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to embed a strong, outcome‑driven Continuous Improvement operating model across our regional teams. This key role involves working closely with operations, partnering with leaders, coaching teams, and turning improvement opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Salary range: 14,000 – 19,500 PLN per month.

Strong adoption of TMW across assigned L3 processes, effective MOS ways of working, year‑on‑year improvement in Continuous Improvement maturity, delivery of CI and automation initiatives with signed‑off business benefits, robust action planning for red metrics, MPR risks and recurring performance issues, and stronger team engagement through coaching and capability building.
