Qualifications

• High-level experience as a Chief of Staff, PMO or similar operating role.
• Experience supporting senior technology leaders and initiatives.
• Strong analytical and programme management capabilities.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials.
• Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ownership and sound discretion in sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with executive leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and organisational planning.
• Prepare board materials and executive presentations.
• Track risks, dependencies, and execution milestones.
• Support hiring, onboarding and organisational design.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility.
• Leverage automation and AI to improve processes.
• Represent leadership in key meetings and ensure accountability.
• Align priorities with measurable business outcomes.
