Job summary

HRK S.A., a leading international pharmaceutical company, is seeking a CHC Project Manager CEE to drive regional transformation across Central and Eastern Europe from Warsaw. The role offers close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape strategic initiatives that impact growth and organizational effectiveness.

You will translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, monitor progress, manage risks, and prepare executive updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Strategic Planning, PMO or business transformation.
Strong cross-functional leadership across international projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate strategic and transformation initiatives across the CEE region.
Translate business priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of challenges.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Regulatory teams.
Develop business analyses, project updates, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
Support regional leadership in executing strategic priorities and transformation programs.
Facilitate alignment between local affiliates and regional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
