Job summary

Deep Fission, Inc in Poland seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO to align strategy, execution, and governance. This is a strategic leadership role, not a support position, and the Chief of Staff will sit on the executive team as a peer.

You will own two core operating systems—board process and leadership‑team rhythm—drive accountability across functions, and prepare the CEO for investor and board engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in senior management, including leadership team exposure.
• Proven ability to design and run board processes and leadership rhythms.
• Strong executive presence and credibility to engage with boards, investors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own board meeting preparation, materials, pre-reads, and tracking commitments to close.
• Lead the leadership team's operating rhythm with standing meetings and decision forums.
• Own the system that tracks commitments across the leadership team and ensures follow-through.
• Prepare the CEO for significiant meetings, investor conversations, and speaking engagements.
• Represent the CEO with board members, investors, and senior partners as appropriate.
