Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue management, business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
• Experience working in a matrix organization across geographies and functions.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with judgment on complex trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Own operating cadence for Goods and Advertising, establishing rhythms for execution and accountability.
• Set and cascade OKRs across revenue functions, drive leadership cadence for decision tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic work and resolve conflicts between business units.
