Job summary

Precisely is seeking a detail-oriented Channel Operations Specialist to support onboarding, partner records, deal registrations, MDF administration, and data integrity across Salesforce and trackers in Poland.

You will collaborate with Channel Managers, Sales, Legal, and Partner Marketing while handling partner agreements, approvals, and lifecycle changes. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in operations are preferred, with strong Excel and Salesforce skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Equivalent work experience accepted).
1–3 years of experience in operations, sales operations, channel operations or similar data-driven role.
High attention to detail and hands-on.
Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Technical skills: MS Excel, Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up new channel partners and manage onboarding workflows in Salesforce and trackers.
Prepare standard partner agreements and coordinate signatures with Legal and Channel Operations leadership.
Handle deal registration submissions, teaming agreements, and MDF requests per procedures.
Ensure approvals and documentation are completed before partner transactions and payments; maintain records for reporting.
Assist with MDF administration by tracking requests, approvals, and payment status.
Support issuance and tracking of Not For Resale (NFR) licenses for partner enablement and training.
Respond to routine operational inquiries, escalating issues when needed.
Maintain high data quality across Salesforce and trackers; support audits and reporting.
