Reply, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Customer Data Consultant to design and deliver customer data solutions in close collaboration with clients and project teams.

You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, blending hands-on delivery with a consultative, customer-facing approach and supporting workshops and implementation activities. The role focuses on customer data platforms, unified customer profiles, data modelling, and related analytics and activation capabilities in a marketing

Qualifications

• Solid experience or strong hands-on interest in customer data projects and the ability to discuss delivery challenges and trade-offs.
• Good understanding of customer data platform concepts, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and data modelling.
• Experience with Salesforce Data 360 and related Salesforce capabilities is preferred.

• Support solution shaping, client workshops, and cross-functional delivery activities.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate client needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Support analytics and insight-related use cases tied to customer data, segmentation, and activation.
• Participate in occasional on-site customer activities when required.

As a Salesforce Customer Data Consultant, you will design and deliver customer data solutions in direct collaboration with clients, project teams, and business contacts. You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, combining hands-on delivery with a consultative, customer-facing approach and supporting solution shaping, workshops, and implementation activities. The role focuses on customer data platforms, unified customer profiles, data modelling, and related analytics and activation capabilities in a marketing technology context.

Tasks:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of customer data solutions, including data modelling, integration, testing, and deployment activities
• Support the definition and evolution of unified customer profiles and customer data models in line with business and activation needs
• Support solution shaping, client workshops, and cross-functional delivery activities
• Contribute to customer data platform initiatives, including Salesforce Data 360 and related Salesforce capabilities
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate client needs into practical and scalable solutions
• Support analytics and insight-related use cases connected to customer data, segmentation, and activation
• Participate in occasional on-site customer activities when required

Qualifications

• Solid experience or strong hands-on interest in customer data projects and the ability to discuss real delivery challenges, design decisions, and trade-offs in a practical way
• Good understanding of customer data platform concepts, especially identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, and customer data modelling
• Experience with or strong interest in Salesforce Data 360
• Good understanding of CDP use cases in the context of marketing automation and customer engagement
• Hands-on experience in data modelling and data integration, ideally with a focus on unified customer profile design
• Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics is preferred
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesforce Personalization, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence is an advantage
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with confidence in client-facing environments and the ability to translate business needs into practical solution approaches
• A balanced technical and business mindset, with the flexibility to contribute across a broader range of tasks depending on project and client needs
• Curiosity, strong customer focus, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Good communication in English and Polish; German is a plus
