Euroclear Kraków's Client & Business Strategy division is seeking a proactive bilingual specialist to support account setup, subscription management and client communication. You will work with Salesforce cases and help resolve issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented work, strong English and French communication, and a client-focused mindset as part of our hybrid working model in Kraków.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Salesforce Case Management and client servicing.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.

Responsabilidades

• Perform account opening setup and connectivity setup for Euroclear parties through entity-specific applications.
• Perform subscription setup to reports and services through entity-specific applications.
• Perform account closing tasks.
• Salesforce Case Management: apply the process to manage actions via Salesforce cases.
• Resolve user problems efficiently and professionally.
• Participate in project rollout initiatives and daily client interactions (primarily email).
• Attend daily sessions and contribute practical ideas.
