Job summary

PPG Industries in Poland is seeking a Marketing Specialist (CRM & Omnichannel, EMEA) to execute high-impact CRM campaigns across the region, with hands-on activation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a focus on omnichannel customer journeys.

You will collaborate with local and global marketing teams, translate content into targeted communications, optimize campaigns with analytics, and drive demand generation while ensuring data-driven, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CRM / Email Marketing Specialist within a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar).
• Strong experience in marketing automation and omnichannel campaign execution.
• Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments (both preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and dashboards.
• Detail-oriented with strong project and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, and execution-focused mindset; Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local CRM and email marketing campaigns in collaboration with local marketing teams.
• Ensure effective rollout of automated campaigns across channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Support omnichannel campaign activation aligned with regional and global strategies.
• Create and manage the CRM campaign calendar and coordinate planning across markets.
• Collaborate with content teams to define relevant themes and personalize communications.
• Drive customer engagement through tailored messaging and lifecycle-based campaigns.
• Implement learnings from customer journeys into effective campaigns.
• Monitor performance and KPIs across channels; provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Manage allocated budget and track ROI; contribute to continuous improvement.
