• Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
• Relevant experience in finance or data analysis is essential.
• A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Strong communication skill and high adaption ability to high pressure.
