You will join the Organizational Change Management workstream on a global implementation of a cloud learning platform (LMS/LXP) for a large international industrial company. You will work directly with the OCM Lead, who owns the strategy and senior stakeholder relationships, and take on the day-to-day delivery and coordination of OCM activities across the project lifecycle, from discovery through go-live and Hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Change Impact Assessment: prepare interview and workshop materials, take notes, and keep the CIA workbook and persona inventory up to date.
- Maintain the stakeholder map and track nominations, contacts and follow-ups.
- Coordinate the multi-language communication plan: draft and schedule messages, manage translation of OCM and training materials, and track client-side linguistic validation against agreed deadlines.
- Prepare readiness assessments and pulse surveys, consolidate results and build RAG dashboards for status reporting.
- Support the Change Champion Network with onboarding materials, meeting logistics, regular updates and tracking of engagement.
- Maintain the Q&A bank, talking points and FAQ materials for managers.
- Contribute to the role-based Training Needs Analysis and help build persona-based learning paths and process-oriented training materials that complement the vendor's standard content.
- Support the Super-User programme, Train-the-Trainer sessions and admin training materials (scheduling, materials, participant tracking).
- Prepare Hypercare communications and help define adoption KPIs and the handover to BAU.
- Keep the OCM tracker, RAID items and action logs current, and coordinate with other workstreams (configuration, data, testing) on dependencies and timelines.
Required Skills And Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in change management, internal communications, L&D or a similar role on a project.
- Experience on at least one SaaS or system implementation, ideally in HR or learning (LMS/LXP such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors Learning or Workday Learning).
- Experience preparing training or e-learning materials, workshop content or communications for a large, distributed audience.
- Strong organization and follow-through: you keep trackers, deadlines and many parallel threads under control.
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with survey tools (e.g. MS Forms) is a plus.
- Clear, concise writing in English and comfort presenting to small groups.
- Basic familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci) and with how project teams work (RACI, RAID, workstreams).
