The role emphasizes AI-driven workflows, research, travel planning, and senior‑level relationship management, with opportunities to impact media outputs and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Polished written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of Tim's calendar and inbox, triaging and drafting responses.
• Plan complex multi-country travel and adapt plans as needed.
• Maintain trusted systems for commitments, priorities and follow-ups; prepare concise briefings.
• Nurture senior relationships with global partners and leaders.
• Support Tim's podcast and media operations, including scheduling, research, and descriptions.
• Leverage AI to build institutional memory and automate routine work.
