Job summary

Nexi Group is hiring a Card Disputes Specialist in Poland. You will work with merchants and internal teams to investigate cases, apply scheme rules, and protect customers from unauthorized charges. The role involves end-to-end dispute management, detailed transaction analysis, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C1 or native) and excellent English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of background in Payments, Banking, Finance or Fraud Operations.
  • Self-driven with strong prioritization skills and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cardholder disputes end-to-end.
  • Analyze transaction details.
  • Process Chargebacks and Representments.
  • Identify correct dispute reason codes.
  • Communicate clearly with customers.
  • Detect potential fraud indicators.
  • Collaborate with merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation.
  • Identify trends to improve processes and customer experience.

Your Everyday at Nexi

As a Card Disputes Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poland. Together, we will work closely with merchants and internal teams to investigate cases, apply scheme rules and help protect our customers from unauthorized or incorrect charges.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

  • Manage cardholder disputes end-to-end
  • Analyze transaction details
  • Process Chargebacks and Representments
  • Identify correct dispute reason codes
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Essential Qualifications
  • Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and excellent English communication skills
  • 3+ years of background in Payments, Banking, Finance or Fraud Operations
