Job summary

Nexi is seeking a Customer Relation Advisor based in Kielce to build strong relationships with business clients, handle service requests, and drive customer satisfaction across touchpoints.

You will engage in proactive upselling, renegotiate terms, and collaborate with an international team, with emphasis on quality, accuracy, and working under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in telephone customer service for business clients.
• Very good computer skills including MS Office and Excel.
• Higher education.
• Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.
• High personal culture and communication skills.
• Good diction and language accuracy.
• Ability to work under time pressure and strive to achieve set goals.

• Telephone contact with clients regarding our contractual agreement
• Handling client service requests
• Building, maintaining, and developing business relationships with clients
• Ensuring the quality of provided services and identifying the needs of our clients
• Active sales of additional services, suggesting additional services based on individual client offer verification
• Renegotiating commercial terms with clients and preparing offers
• Maintaining client profitability at the established level
• Preparing amendments for clients
• Actions aimed at increasing client loyalty to the company
