AML RightSource is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment across our Managed Services practice. You will execute enterprise-wide early talent strategies, handle campus recruiting, and deliver full life cycle recruitment with a focus on a top-notch candidate brand experience.

You will source, screen, and steward candidates while maintaining regular communication with the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain a requisition volume to fill ~20 roles per month.
• Leverage recruitment tech stack to identify and recruit top talent.
• Full life cycle recruiting from requisitions to offers and start date.
• Provide strong customer service to candidates, schools and partners.
• Partner with leadership to provide recruitment metrics and analytics.
