Job summary

AMS is recruiting a Recruiter to support Graduate/Junior Professional and ad hoc core hiring across EU locations. You will partner with Hiring Managers to attract and hire top graduate and early careers talent, coordinating with Sourcers and administration specialists to run demand planning through to offer.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, especially graduate/early careers.
• Direct experience partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of campus recruitment methodologies and candidate engagement.
• Experience in panel interviews and evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
• Experience with recruitment tech and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for graduate/early careers roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality hires against SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop attraction strategies aligned with market insights and diversity objectives.
• Conduct or participate in panel interviews and provide objective assessments.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and coordination with Sourcers and Admin Specialists.
• Advise Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for a seamless experience.
