We are looking for an experienced professional who has a strong background in business process analysis, improvement, and standardization. The ideal candidate can combine process knowledge with practical experience working with business teams and ERP systems. In this role, you will support global teams within Supply Chain and Procurement, helping to transform local ways of working into consistent, scalable processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes (As-Is) together with operational teams.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including process maps and swimlane diagrams.
- Compare existing processes with target-state processes (To-Be), identify gaps, and define improvement opportunities.
- Support the standardization and harmonization of processes across different business units and locations.
- Work closely with Global Process Owners, Process Architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Define business requirements based on process analysis and support implementation of improvements.
- Contribute to ERP transformation initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Support the adoption of new global process standards within the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Process Management, Business Process Engineering, or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), or Purchase-to-Invoice (P2I) processes.
- Experience with business processes implemented in enterprise ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred; SAP, IFS, or similar solutions also considered).
- Ability to model and document processes using BPM tools such as LeanIX or Visio.
- Experience working with international teams and multiple business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and ability to identify process improvements.
- Knowledge of Lean methodology and continuous improvement practices will be an advantage.
