Job summary

Engenious is seeking an experienced Business Process Engineer/Manager/Architect to drive standardized, efficient processes across the Forecast-to-Deliver value streams. You will work with global teams to map current practices and implement the future state enabled by ERP solutions.

Key qualifications include BPM in manufacturing or supply chain, process mapping, and ERP project involvement, with a proactive, globally-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BPM, Process Excellence or Business Process Architecture within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Experience with defining, mapping and management of at least two of Forecast to Deliver processes.
• Experience actively participating in ERP or digital transformation projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels and functions.

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Engineer/Manager/Architect to join a global manufacturing organization. This role combines business process design, supply chain expertise and digital transformation, ensuring that business processes are standardized, efficient and supported by ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Business Process Architects and Business Process Managers to develop and implement efficient and reliable processes building-up the Forecast to Deliver value stream: FtP (Forecast-to-Plan), PtP (Plan-to-Produce), ItD (Inventory-to-Deliver).
• Collaborate with process participants at all levels of the organisation to learn existing processes and practices as well as implement the future state.
• Assure alignment between the future processes and digital solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence or Business Process Architecture within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Experience with defining, mapping and management of at least two of Forecast to Deliver processes.
• Experience actively participating in ERP or digital transformation projects .
• Ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels and functions.
• Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive change in a global environment.
